This last week we had Zone Conference in West Bend, Wisconsin. It takes a little over an hour to drive to West Bend which is south-east of Oshkosh. We met with the Milwaukee North Zone. It was good to see Elder Evans who was serving in Oshkosh when we arrived and was transferred a few weeks later. I included a picture of some of the Sister missionaries as they are few in number. The meetings as always are well planned and motivating. It just makes you want to work a little better and a little harder. Mormon.org/christmas was introduced. Anyone who reads this blog should go on to that site. There is a real push by the church to infuse into the social media our belief in Christ and that we are Christians, at this Christmas season. The message is for everyone. We are still teaching investigators, we love the work. We also love meeting with ward members and getting to know them better and sharing a message with them. Elder and Sister Wood’s goal for December 2012 is to have the most spiritual Christmas we have ever spent together. Our focus and desires are to love, serve, teach and testify. We know the true meaning of Christmas can be felt at home as much as it can be felt here, if you will just dedicate a few hours toward Christ as you plan and prepare for Christmas this year.
