Tim with Elder and Sister Wood and Family that invited Missionaries

What a crazy good week.  We thought this week was all planned out and things would go just as planned.  But life, as we all know, does not always go just a planned.  Our baptism set for the 22nd of December took place on December 16th.  I am not complaining it was wonderful, it just made for a crazy couple of days getting everything organized and still meeting the other people we had already planned meeting with for the week.  Some of the people Tim wanted to attend his baptism were leaving on December 19th for Christmas. It worked out for the best because the ward Mission Leader was leaving on the 17th for Colorado to be with family for Christmas.  We just had to make a couple of trips to Neenah, first for the baptismal interview and a couple of days later to pick up baptismal clothes because Tim is 6′ 4″ and there was nothing in Oshkosh for him to wear.  The 16th of December is kind of special in our family anyway.  That is when Mom and Dad were married, it was when Karen and Kim were married, and it was also when Whitney and Blake were married.  Now it is again special because it is the date Tim, our first baptismal canadiate was baptized.  Great Huh!!  Tim will be confirmed by Elder Wood on Sunday December 23rd.  What a great Christmas Season this has been.  We can not think of a better way to celabrate this season of Love and and Birth of Our Savior.  Sorry I did not get pictures of them in their white clothes.  I had to speak and I was so nervous that even though I had the camera in my hands I forgot to take the picture so these were taken after the baptism.
